Private Equestrian Centre Development
Project Scope
Full electrical design and installation for a private equestrian centre, from first fix to final commissioning. The project included a new barn with extensive lighting, CCTV, solariums, power to the horse walker, and full floodlighting to a 60 x 40m outdoor arena, plus small office spaces, kitchen and toilet facilities, and field cameras across the site.
Location: United Kingdom
The Challenge
Deliver a complete electrical package for a new equestrian facility, balancing safety, reliability, and usability for both horses and people. The brief required robust outdoor and indoor systems, long cable runs, and careful planning for specialist equipment such as solariums, horse walkers, and arena floodlighting.
Our Solution
Joined the project from the very start to design and install a future-proof electrical system. This included barn lighting, CCTV, solariums, power to the horse walker, arena floodlights, and services for offices, kitchen, and welfare areas, as well as field cameras for wider site coverage. Coordinated with the wider project team to integrate containment, controls, and equipment into the build programme.
The Result
A fully functioning private equestrian centre with reliable power, lighting, and security across the entire site. The finished facility is safe, practical, and easy to run day-to-day, and shows how Luna Rae Electrical can support complex, multi-area projects from concept through to completion.
